First time signing in?
- Your user name is your first name and surname joined by a dot, in small letters — for example, ram.kumar
- Your password the first time is the first four letters of your surname in small letters, followed by your date of birth as ddmmyyyy — for example, kuma15071985
- A six-digit code will reach you on WhatsApp, on the mobile number recorded with the office. Enter it to continue.
- You will then be asked to choose a password of your own, and you must do so before the portal will open.
- If any of this does not work, please contact the office — your date of birth or mobile number may need to be corrected on your record.
